Don’t use a cotton mattress, and ensure to use a minimum 6-inch coir/spring/memory foam mattress.

The mattress is not available in the package.

Assembly has to be done by the carpenter, provided by the vendor.

Deliver flat packed.

Do-NOT try to move the bed by any means once it’s assembled/fixed.

The 1-year warranty covers the manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms if any. This limited warranty does not apply to the following: Normal wear and tear of the product overextend the duration of use. Small cuts, scratches, or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer.

Cracks developed due to displacement of the product. Fade due to direct exposure to sunlight or heavy usage. Exposure to water. Upholstery fabrics, leatherette, fiber, rexine, such as seat covers, have no warranty. Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals Modification in the product.

Installation: Depending on the product, your product may or might not require installation assistance upon delivery. If The Delivery Condition Is: Pre-assembled Few products come fully assembled and ready to use. Knocked-down expert assistance is required, which we’ll provide the carpenters or the experts to hold out the right installation and assembly. DIY/Basic assembly is a product that requires minimal installation/assembly, that can be administered by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance is required.
